After a tough day at work it’s quite irritating when your baby doesn’t let you sleep in the night. So for all you tired parents, here is something that is going to interest you for sure.

Kyuushuu University in Japan has introduced the Suima robotic crib which is a fully automatic baby bed that rocks your baby to sound sleep if he or she starts crying. A built-in microphone sense the baby’s cries and then starts swaying from side to side every 1.8 seconds, which is very much like a parent’s heartbeat. This gentle movement of the crib sends the baby back to sleep in no time. If you are going to Japan for a short stay and don’t want to carry the crib along you can rent this unique crib for $100. But if you are interested in buying it, the crib is worth $4,500 to $5,500.
Seeing the thing moving is kind of creepy, but it works as the video below seems to prove.
