We all know the answer. It’s something quite simple. A few dashes of some expensive ingredients, and voila! But, that would be doing a disservice to the amount of effort put into this Vada Pao.

In Dubai, luxury isn’t a choice but a necessity. In every facet of the city, you will be able to find something simple turned into something luxuriously extravagant. From gold burgers to gold ice creams, everything on the menu has received the gold treatment. Even Biryani wasn’t spared!
Therefore, it made sense for O’Pao DXB, a restaurant famous for its Indian sliders, to introduce a luxurious Vada Pao. They decided to name this dish the Precious Pao, and it will be only served to the customers dining in the restaurant.
The Vada Pao will be served alongside a mint lemonade and sweet potato fries. It will come in a lit wooden box with nitrogen fog to give it a heavenly touch.
The restaurant starts with top-quality bread for the Pao. Then, they inject the Vada with French truffle butter and cheese. After this, the Vada is fried in a vat of oil. Following which it is then placed on the Pao and garnished with a 22k gold leaf. Finally, the restaurant tops the whole affair with a specially concocted mint mayonnaise sauce.
While the average Vada Pao can be bought for a mere 50 INR. The Precious Pao comes at a nice premium of Dh99, which is approximately 2000 INR.
Affordable when compared to other gold dishes available in Dubai.
