Fuji is making retro stylish again. If we are right about this one then the X100 is going to sell like hot cakes. This is one camera that my grand-dad would be comfortable with (he never did make the jump to digital cameras primarily because of their different styling). The X100 with its $1700 price tag and features such as a 12.3 megapixel APS-C sensor, 23mm f/2 lens, and 2.8-inch LCD display kind of ensure that he comes up to date in the 21st century in style.
The camera is the same as the silver model, but the black paint job and a limited edition run of only 10,000 units allow Fuji to charge a $500 premium.
