Tough, tactical, and made for all terrain, are Luminox watches. There’s no other brand so closely associated with the forces, especially the Navy Seals. Now, Luminox has created a special edition watch inspired by the Navy Seals.
The Navy Seal 3500 comes in an ultra-light, durable, scratch-resistant black Carbonox case, with a scratch resistant mineral crystal. It’s water-resistant up to 200 metres, and comes with two straps: one rubber, and one nylon NATO strap, both with a gold-toned pin and buckle. It also has a bit of a gold touch on the hands, the Luminox logo, and the minute graduations.
On the caseback, the limited edition number is engraved, along with the Navy SEAL insignia, called the ‘Seal Trident.’ The insignia is made of four symbols: the golden eagle symbolizes competence in the air, the pistol represents mastery on land, the trident for is for dominance in the sea, and the anchor represents the Navy itself.
Luminox says, “Despite its sophisticated look, the new 3500 Gold is a pure Navy SEAL timepiece at its heart. Officially licensed by the Department of the Navy and created with input from active-duty US Navy SEALs, it is built to withstand anything and everything, and it incorporates Luminox’s Light Technology, making sure that your timepiece is visible in any light conditions for up to 25 years.”
Limited to 1618 pieces (since it is the whole number equivalent of phi), this watch will retail at $545. You can find out more here.
