Have you ever wondered what it would be like to leave your entire trip in the hands of someone else. Now, imagine paying six figures for every individual that you bring along and you might understandably hesitate. Fret not though! Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts are here to present to you a one of a kind travel experience. They will be handling all your travel related affairs for three weeks should you desire to go with them for your trip. Apparently, their customers really like them doing things in this manner.
To augment the customers’ experience, they are adding a new private jet to their fleet in 2021. The new jet will now be responsible for extravagant and worldwide group excursions. The customers will be able to book bespoke adventures for themselves and Four Seasons will take care of the trip itinerary and lodging at every stop.
What about the Jet?
The private jet that they will be adding is an Airbus A321LR aircraft. It is a part of the all new Airbus NEO family. It has room for 48 passengers in it and will be customized by Four Seasons in order to suit the tastes of their clientele.
The new private jet also has a range advantage compared to Four Seasons’ older aircraft. This will aid the company in providing more direct routes since it can go on longer flights.
How does it feel inside?
The interior of the jet is sedate, with earth-toned carpeting and matching pillows. The jet also comes with a lounge area, a full bar and a mixologist. Why the mixologist? Well, the mixologist will be there to ensure that you are sipping only the finest cocktails while you socialize. The staff will also make sure to educate you about the the next destination through hands-on seminars.
The whole setup is quite functional and elegant. The seating, too, emphasizes on socializing. The seats have been custom-made by Optimares. Poltrona Frau, the maker of Ferrari chairs has provided the leather for these seats. Personal ottomans have also been provided so that the travelers can speak comfortably face to face. The ottomans also extend the length of the bed when the beds are extended flat, providing even more luxury to the passengers.
Last, but not the least, the bathrooms aboard the plane are also quite special. Four Seasons claims that these bathrooms are the closest you’ll ever get to a residential bathroom atop a jet.
Will I be bored during the flight?
Worry not! A team of artisans will be present in the lounge area to showcase their craft in interactive workshops. The guests will also be able to learn some things from the said artisans if they so desire. In addition to that, every seat will also come equipped with an iPad to ensure that you can escape to the digital world when all else fails to amuse you.
What about the food though?
The new jet also comes with a surprise for the chefs aboard. The expanded gallery area will aid the chefs in creating journey-inspired menus without much hassle. They will also be free to whip up spur-of-the-moment dishes if they so desire.
Right now, they say that only one executive chef will accompany the guests but the company also plans to invite visiting chefs if possible. This will undoubtedly amp up the variety of the menu and allow for the passengers to have a greater chance of customization according to their tastes.
How much will this heavenly experience cost me?
The whole experience will cost you a humble sum of $147,00 per person. The booking for 2021 is scheduled to open later this year. So, if you can, don’t miss this chance to have Four Seasons look after you on your next trip!
