From 13% in 2010, luxury rents are expected to increase by another 15% this year. While the often preferred serviced-apartments too are expected to see a 15% leap.
This particular property at 5548 sq foot on the west-side of Hong Kong island will now be on rent for 300,000 Hong Kong dollars or $38000 USD. While the avergae rent per sq foot is HK$35, this one is charging an approximate HK$50, since it comes fully furnished as well.
The Bel Air Residence has a total of 544 apartment and 18 independent houses. The complex is very niche, and provides facilities such as a gym, pool, clubhouse, sauna and tennis court among other things.
