A luxurious looking toilet is always a pleasure to have, but what is the extent of luxury. This lavatory available in China, costs $1,288,677. It’s made of gold, and has 40,000 diamonds. And for some reason, it’s bullet-proof.
It is manufactured in Hong Kong, and debuted at the China International Import Expo. It’s produced by Coronet, a jewellery brand by Aaron Shum. The material used to make it is actually bullet-proof glass, and it is embedded with 40,815 diamonds, which weigh 334.68 carats in total.
Mr. Shum says, “We would like to build a diamond art museum so that more people can enjoy it.” Since it came out on social media, it has captivated the attention of the people of the internet. The toilet has big aspirations. It’s trying to get into the Guinness World Records, as the world’s most expensive toilet. Mr. Shum is no stranger to the Guinness List. He has previously produced a guitar covered with 400 carats of diamonds and worth $2 million, and a pair of high-heeled shoes embedded with 10,000 pink diamonds and worth $4.28 million.
